Our Founders
Growing up on the outskirts of Kampala, Uganda, Henry has seen the great need in his country. His heart for Uganda is undeniable and he has used his influence as a soccer player on the Ugandan Full National Team and various teams in the United States to promote the change he always wanted to make.
Henry's wife Jacqueline grew up with a heart for those in need, especially women and children. Her life experiences and education gave her the skills to partner well with Henry in their dream together, sustainable community impact. Their love for Jesus has spread this joy through actionable steps of education, donations and support.
With the projects of the annual Christmas Party, sporting camps and facility restoration, donating basic supplies to the slums and rural villages and many other projects the impact was seen by the Kalungi family but it was not sustainable.
Refocusing on Henry’s roots and compelling story of favor and determination. The Kalungi family shifted gears to provide select athletes with the resources of education, healthcare, and basic needs to replicate Henry’s story. This in turn allows our athletes a chance at a greater life that then, with their success will allow a greater impact of pouring resource into the Ugandan community.
It starts with the one and benefits all.
The Kalungi Family has been called in the spirit of love and service to help the people of Uganda. And their hope is that their desire is shared with many to see where their hearts truly belong.
